This course is designed to explore the history of museums and their role in society, as well as the activities they engage in, including curating, preservation, public programming, and education. And it is interdisciplinary to suit the development of museum studies in a complex twenty first century context.
This course goal is to create a critical mental framework which will make it possible for students to engage and understanding of Museum and Museum as discourse. Thus, this course will help academicians, students, professionals and even lay persons all of who have an interest in museum and museum studies.
